People who purchase luxury homes dislike traditional sales methods and that's just fine with us. We work hard to make all marketing materials for your property like photos, drone footage, brochures, videos, voice over narrations, etcetera stand out from our competitors listings. That way we can take a relatively laid back approach at the showing. Now, that doesn't mean that we are passive when it comes to pointing out all positive attributes of your property. We just aren't pushy about it. However, after decades of dealing in luxury properties from mansions and multiple building estates to high rise condominiums we have accumulated an enormous amount of knowledge on everything from premium roofing to the latest in luxury appliances. We are capable of answering virtually any question on a property tour that a buyer might ask. Of course, sometimes we get stumped but we usually have the answer by the end of the tour or very soon after it has ended.
