He was also the Director of a commercial group at a Midtown Manhattan firm located at 131 West 33 Rd. St, right near Madison Square Garden. There he specialized in sales of commercial buildings of all types throughout NYC. He returns to work in his lifelong home in The Town of Warwick in beautiful Orange County N.Y. Stan has chosen to re-open his own firm. Stan has an extensive network of commercial partners in the Tri-State area.

You see Stan grew up on an onion and lettuce farm in the famous Black Dirt region of Orange County in Pine Island, NY. He was also appointed to the Town of Warwick Agricultural Advisory Board (4 years), Member Audio Engineering Society (41 years), Sixteen Year Board Member-Orange County Vegetable Growers Association (OCVGA) as Chairman of the Associations Crop Protection Committee, Vice Chairman of the (OCVGA) Promotion Committee, and a Board Member of the Wallkill River Valley Drainage Association for twelve years.

Stan also was the Owner and chief designer of Novak Loudspeaker. That company was a legendary high end speaker manufacturer that sold its audiophile loudspeakers through a network of thirty five of the finest audio dealers throughout the United States. He also was an extremely popular radio disc jockey at the number one small market station in the country WALL-AM, Middletown, Ny at age nineteen. Stan also had shows on WFMV-FM, Blairstown, New Jersey which served the Poconos and by age 20 was doing weekends at the number one oldies station in the country in New York City.  His show was Arbitron rated number one in it's time slots at every station that he worked at. 

Stan is currently involved in Church activities and has coached PTA Basketball in The Warwick School District league for six years.
